The dishes are Mediterranean, Armenian, Greek, French cuisines with my personal touch and changes. All of them are low fat and low salt. The goal is to eat healthy without losing the taste and also practical and easy to prepare. The class will have a main dish and a side dish for each session. The dishes will include veggies, chicken, lean ground beef, rice, fish, pasta and greens. Those dishes are also low cost compared to the traditional recipes. Instructions and recipes are provided to prepare healthy and light meals for your taste buds.Materials Fee: $30 paid to the instructor the first class.
